PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic material package having the following features: the organic material package may be used in an operation such as pruning branch； packaging bag is degraded at an early stage in outdoor to quickly spread organic material； upon indoor storage, the degradation of the packaging bag is suppressed resulting in preservation of organic material.SOLUTION: An organic material package comprises: a packaging bag made of biodegradable film having a first layer containing biodegradable polymer and comprising the first layer on inner surface； and organic material packaged in the inner section of the packaging bag, containing actinomycete at a bacterial volume of 5.0×10cfu/g or more, and having 10 mass% to 90 mass% of moisture content.
