An impaction tip can be used in installing an implant. The impaction tip can comprise a body, and a sliding member. The body can have a handle-facing surface and an implant-facing surface. The body can define a grooved portion. The handle-facing surface can define an opening sized to receive a portion of an impaction handle. The sliding member can be located at least partially within the grooved portion. The sliding member can be slideable from an interior position to an exterior position. When the sliding member is in the exterior position a portion of the sliding member can contact the implant.Linvention concerne une pointe dimpact pouvant être utilisée dans linstallation dun implant.
