An apparatus for generating high frequency deep heat, which generates deep heat in a plurality of places of a body of a user, comprises: a high frequency generator which generates high frequency power a ground plate being in contact with the body of a user a plurality of electrode plates connected to the high frequency generator, being in contact with the places of the body of the user, and generating the deep heat inside the body of the user by being electrically connected to the ground plate and a control portion which individually controls the high frequency power respectively applied to the electrode plates from the high frequency generator.
