A ginseng slicing apparatus is disclosed. The ginseng slicing apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a main body including an operation space formed therein and a cover provided at a side of a top surface to cover the operation space, wherein the operation space has an open top and a discharge inclined surface, which is inclined from an inner portion of the operation space toward a discharge hole formed at a side of a bottom of the operation space so that sliced objects are discharged through the discharge hole； a rotational body including a blade coupled to be replaceable, installed by a shaft to lean toward an inner wall surface of the operation space, and rotated by a driving device； and a guide member guiding objects including ginseng and medicinal herbs to the rotational body being rotating, installed on the top surface of the main body to be in contact with the inner wall surface, and including an inclined guide groove inclined toward the rotational body to support the sliced objects when the objects are sliced by the blade. When the rotational body rotates, the objects are supplied along the guide inclined surface of the guide member to be sliced, and the sliced objects are discharged through the discharge hole along the discharge inclined surface. Since the replaceable blade is coupled to the rotational body and the guide member with the inclined guide groove is formed on the top surface of the main body, the ginseng slicing apparatus is able to slice various medicinal herbs including ginseng into a predetermined thickness. Especially, the ginseng slicing apparatus has a simple structure to slice the ginseng or the medicinal herbs. Once the objects to be sliced are supplied to the inclined guide groove, the objects are moved by inclination of the inclined guide groove toward the rotating blade.
