The present invention relates to a peptide targeting a toxin-antitoxin system of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and uses thereof. Specifically, an antibiotic peptide of the present invention inhibits a formation of a toxin-antitoxin complex of Mycobacterium tuberculosis without affecting an active site of the toxin while inducing the death of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by a separate toxin. Therefore, the antibiotic peptide can be usefully used as an antibiotic composition regarding Mycobacterium tuberculosis.본 발명은 결핵균의 독소-항독소 체계를 표적으로 하는 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 본 발명의 항생 펩타이드는 독소의 활성부위에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서 결핵균의 독소-항독소 복합체의 형성을 방해함으로써 분리된 독소에 의한 결핵균의 사멸을 유도한다. 따라서, 상기 항생 펩타이드는 결핵균에 대한 항생용 조성물로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
