The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for computer tomography. The apparatus for computer tomography comprises: a detector which forms a circle for a scan area in which a target to be scanned can be arranged, is provided in a secured form, and consists of arrays of a plurality of detection sensors for detecting scanning beam； and a plurality of sources which are arranged to be spaced apart from one another while surrounding the scan area, and generate scanning beam for computer tomography in the scan area by rotating and alternating around the scan area.본 발명은 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 스캔 대상이 배치될 수 있는 스캔 영역을 중심으로 원형을 이루고, 고정형으로 제공되며, 스캔 빔을 검출하는 다수의 검출 센서의 어레이로 이루어지는 검출기； 및 스캔 영역을 둘러싸면서 상호 간에 이격되어 배치되고, 스캔 영역을 중심으로 회전하면서 교번하여 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 위한 스캔 빔을 스캔 영역으로 발생하는 복수의 소스를 포함하는 컴퓨터 단층촬영 장치를 개시한다.
