PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool to assist in turning over in bed which can assist a care-receiver in turning over in bed easily, safely and reliably, which is at a low cost, and which can be carried easily, supposing even the field where old persons take care of other old persons, as providing an apparatus which solves the problems such as bedsores of care-receivers who cannot turn over in bed by oneself and reduces time and effort required to care-givers.SOLUTION: Assisting a care-receiver in turning over in bed is performed by attaching an assist tool to the care-receiver and hoisting the edge part of the assist tool by a swing arm which is provided on a side of a bed. The arm is actuated by the structure that an attached wire is wound up by an electric winch. Also, an air-back which can expand in an almost U-shape may be laid under the care-receiver and then expanded by an air pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】自力で寝返りができない被介護者の、床ずれ等の不具合を解消し、かつ、介護者の労力を軽減する装置が求められている。又、老老介護の現場も想定し、安全確実で、容易に寝返りさせる事が可能で、コストが安く、持ち運びも簡単な寝返り補助具が求められている。【解決手段】被介護者に補助具を装着し、ベッド脇に設けた揺動アームで補助具の端部を吊り上げる事により、寝返りさせる。アームは、取り付けたワイヤーを電動ウインチで巻き取る構成により、作動させる。また、略U字形状に膨らむエアバッグを被介護者の身体の下に敷き、空気圧で膨らませて寝返りさせても良い。【選択図】図2
