PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement device capable of preventing the diffusion of a deposit through a contact drive body.SOLUTION: A movement device 1 includes a main casing 11 having a drive part 15, a contact drive body 13 circularly driven by the drive part, and a washing mechanism 14 that discharges washing water to the neighborhood of the contact drive body and recovers the discharged washing water. Here, the width of the washing mechanism 14 in the direction perpendicular to the direction that the movement device moves by the contact drive body is the width of the contact drive body or more.
