PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural machine control system capable of changing a control content according to a position in a height direction of a work machine mounted on a tractor, and performing position setting more easily and reliably.SOLUTION: An agricultural machine control system includes an operation unit 12 and a control unit 13. The operation unit 12 can acquire work machine position information which is the information for identifying a present position in a height direction of the work machine, and set, by operation, the present work machine position information as a first switching position or a second switching position. The control unit 13 acquires the work machine position information, the first switching position, and the second switching position. When the work machine is ascending, the control unit 13 determines whether or not the work machine is at a position higher than the first switching position, and determines the control of an actuator 14 according to the determination.
