[Problem] To provide a controlled release composition for a physiologically active substance, with which it is possible to start release of the physiologically active substance in vivo with the necessary timing. [Solution] The composition comprises an inner layer made from a biodegradable substance that supports the physiologically active substance, and an outer layer, which is made from a biodegradable material different to that of the inner layer.[Problème] Fournir une composition à libération contrôlée pour une substance physiologiquement active, qui permet de commencer la libération de la substance physiologiquement active in vivo, avec synchronisation nécessaire. [Solution] La composition comprend une couche interne faite dune substance biodégradable servant de support à la substance physiologiquement active et une couche externe faite dun matériau biodégradable différent de celui de la couche interne.【課題】生体内にて必要な時機に生理活性物質を放出開始するように制御できる生理活性物質徐放制御組成物の提供を目的とする。 【解決手段】生理活性物質を担持した生分解性物質からなる内層と、当該内層とは異なる生分解性物質からなる外層とからなる。
