To improve the articulation adjustment, a joint brace (10), adapted to wrap an articulation and support the movement thereof, comprises a flexible body or sheath (12) adapted to form or configure itself in use like a tubular structure for wrapping substantially all the articulation and the ends of two connected limbs (CS, PLP), and one or more laces (22, 32) that are slidingly coupled on said body in traction points or zones, e.g. eyelet formations or channels, and are pullable for reducing the section of the tubular structure and/or taking in and/or adapting said body (12) on the articulation.
