The effects of the present invention are as follows. In the present invention, the lower fixture including the gingiva implanted portion and the upper coupling portion is implanted into a gingiva, and then the upper coupling body having a crown coupled thereto is coupled to the lower fixture, thereby reducing medical procedures of the implant, and the lower fixture and the upper coupling body are easily coupled to each other, thereby minimizing damages of the gingiva.
