PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide an object person with a medicine even when he/she gets into exceptional situations such as sleeping in the morning.SOLUTION: A provision-side control part of a medicine provision device identifies a morning medicine provision time depending on a difference between a "(reference) morning medicine provision time" serving as a reference time and a wake-up time for an object person (steps S2A, S3A and S4A).
