PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe thrips repellent active agent.SOLUTION: It is found that a new specific variety of Petunia Juss among Petunia flowering plants belonging to Solanaceae Petunia gathers no thrips, and based on the findings, a method of preventing thrips is developed. In the method of preventing thrips, thrips can be prevented when a solution, which is obtained by adding water to a Petunia extract and fermentatively degrading it fully, is sprayed to a tree so that the whole of the tree has Petunia-like properties. The novel fermentation solution of the new variety of Petunia Juss is produced by preparing, for the fermentative degradation, a strong enzyme capable of easily degrading the whole of the Petunia, and then, promoting fermentation in water using the enzyme so that complete fermentation proceeds as soon as possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】安全性に優れたスリップス忌避活性剤を提供する。【解決手段】ナス科ペチュニア属のペチュニアという草花の中で、新種のペチュニア(名称:マネーブロウマウンティン)には、スリップスが来ないことを発見し、その成分エキスをあますところなく加水発酵分解させた溶液を散布し、樹体全体をペチュニアのような性質にするペチュニア化で、スリップスを防除できる方法を開発した。発酵分解には、ペチュニア全体を難なく分解していく強力酵素をまずつくり、その酵素を使って、水中で完全な発酵ができるだけ早期に進むように工夫し、新しく新種ペチュニア発酵溶液をつくり上げた。【選択図】図2
