The present invention relates to a urinary incontinence diaper and, more specifically, to a urinary incontinence diaper using a biodegradable polymer absorbent not harmful to a human body to realize fast absorption and preventing discharge after the absorption to prevent side effect such as skin trouble when coming in contact with the human body. According to the present invention, the urinary incontinence diaper comprises: an upper sheet made of a liquid permeable material； an absorption body of a predetermined thickness disposed on the lower part of the upper sheet to keep a fluid absorbed through the upper sheet； a waterproof film made of a fluid non-permeable material and disposed on the lower part of the absorption body to prevent leakage of the fluid kept in the absorption body； and a lower sheet made of non-woven fabric and disposed on the lower part of the waterproof film to integrally bond the upper sheet, the absorption body, and the waterproof film.
