A three-dimensional spine correction device, comprising a supporting post (1), a seat (2), multiple human body fixing straps (302), a support (9), multiple supporting post sleeves (3), a spine lateral limiting and pushing-pulling means (6), and a seat locking mechanism (10). The supporting post sleeves (3) are movably fitted over the supporting post (1), and each of the supporting post sleeves (3) is connected to a human body fixing strap (302). The lower end of each supporting post sleeve (3) is connected to the seat (2), and the upper end is connected to the supporting post (1). Locking means (301) which can be opened or closed are interconnected between the multiple supporting post sleeves (3). The spine lateral limiting and pushing-pulling means (6) can move up and down along the supporting post (1) or be fixed on the supporting post (1). The seat (2) is connected to the supporting post (1) by means of a bearing, and can move up and down along the supporting post (1). The seat locking mechanism (10) is fixed between the support (9) and the seat (2), and impact descending of the seat (2) can be completed within 0.3s. The threedimensional spine correction device is accurate in locating treated areas and precise in quantification of motion indexes.
