PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch which has air permeability, high water repellency and excellent self-back adhesion, which has also adhesion strength and causes little skin irritation and which is suited for the use of a taping tape or the like.SOLUTION: A patch includes a support which comprises cloth of a woven fabric or a knitted fabric processed with a fluoroplastic water repellent, and an adhesive layer which is adjacent to the support and formed on at least one of both sides of the support and which covers the whole surface of the side. The patch has air permeability and also water repellency of the fifth degree by a spray method and the ninth degree or above by an IPA method.
