An ultraviolet sterilization device is disclosed, which can provide an effect of circulating type ultraviolet sterilization on the air in a fresh, enclosed space. For example, by placing the disclosed ultraviolet sterilization device in a low-temperature refrigeration device for sterilization and freshness preservation, the refrigeration temperature setting value can be increased, and thus efficacies and purposes of power-saving, sterilization, freshness preservation can be achieved. The disclosed ultraviolet sterilization device is mainly provided with a sterilization casing having a containing chamber therein, in which a wall surface of the sterilization casing is provided with an air inlet hole and an air outlet hole. An air discharging fan corresponding to the air inlet hole is disposed in the containing chamber, and an ultraviolet lamp is disposed in the containing chamber of the sterilization casing.
