PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice molding equipment retaining the suitable amount value of rice lumps and also incorporating air into the rice lumps.SOLUTION: The rice molding equipment 1 comprises: a rice loosening part 2 a rice measuring-dividing part 3 installed in the lower part thereof and a molding device 6 of molding the rice lumps after being measured and divided into a final shape. The inside of the molding upper die 6U of the molding device 6 is stored with a perforating member 7P in a state of being projectable from the pressing face of the molding upper die 6U. Then, by projecting the lower part of the perforating member 7P from the pressing face of the molding upper die 6U when the rice lumps are pressed by the pressing face of the molding upper die 6U and the rice lumps are molded into a final shape, a hole (dent) is formed at the center of each rice lump. In this way, the suitable amount value of the rice lumps to be molded is retained, and also, air can be incorporated into the rice lumps.
