The composition of claim 1, wherein the tissue wound is an open wound. 3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the tissue wound is a closed wound. The composition of claim 1, wherein the tissue wound is a tissue rupture, a cut site, or a chronic infection. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the composition is prepared for application to a tissue wound by at least four separate applications and / or for at least 4 days.
