PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for relaxing tension of a muscle for promoting a relaxing state during relaxing, and a tape suitable for use in the method.SOLUTION: A skin extension tape comprises: a first sheet part formed of a non-elastic sheet to whose rear surface an adhesive agent is coated； and a second sheet part which is formed of an elastic belt-state sheet, in which the first sheet part is fixed to a rear surface of one end part thereof, and an adhesive agent is coated to a rear surface thereof, in which a length of the second sheet part is equal to or more than twice of a length of the first sheet part in a longer direction.
