To provide a beetle-breeding and observation apparatus capable of observing the ecology of beetles such as beetles and the like among a single breeding and observing apparatus and easily switching the breeding environment when becoming adults from larvae .SOLUTION: The observation room 9 formed of a transparent material is arranged in a breeding case 1 which is made of a material having at least a side face transparent and is held by holding means 11. The observation room 9 is the observable width of beetle larvae, and the growth process of the larva can be timely observed from the outside of the rearing case 1.
