PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester which is formed by connecting a reaping portion to the front portion of a travel machine frame equipped with right and left crawler travel devices, and laterally loaded with a thresher and a grain-storing portion on the travel machine frame in parallel, elevates and charges the threshed grains from the thresher into the grain-storing portion with a grain elevator erected and extended from the thresher, and can reap grain straws in the good lateral weight balance of the machine frame in the whole width without reducing the volume of the grain-storing portion.SOLUTION: In this combine harvester, the right and left outer end positions of a step width H in the right and left crawler travel devices 1 approximately coincide longitudinally with the right and left outer end positions of a reaping width W in the reaping portion 3, and a grain elevator is disposed in a vertically long dent portion formed on the lateral side of the grain-storing portion 22 in the machine frame.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 左右のクローラ走行装置を備えた走行機体の前部に刈取り部を連結するとともに、走行機体に脱穀装置と穀粒貯留部とを左右に並列搭載し、脱穀された穀粒を脱穀装置から起立延出された揚穀装置で揚送して穀粒貯留部に投入するよう構成したコンバインにおいて、穀粒貯留部の容量を減らすことなく機体の左右の重量バランスをとりやすい全面刈り可能なものにする。【解決手段】 左右のクローラ走行装置1における踏み幅Hの左右外端位置と、刈取り部3における刈り幅Wの左右外端位置とをそれぞれ前後に略一致させるとともに、穀粒貯留部22の機体内側の側面に形成した縦長の凹部に揚穀装置を入り込み配置してある。【選択図】 図2
