The extraction process of active ingredients from the alga Ascophyllum nodosum comprises the following steps in succession: - obtaining a homogeneous product through the micronisation of a quantity of fresh or dried Ascophyllum nodosum alga - detaching the active ingredients from the fibres by treating said homogeneous product in an ultrasonic bath at a controlled pH at a value of less than 6 for the microbiological stabilisation of the said homogeneous product - eliminating the fibres through a first product filtration process removing the proteins from the product for its physical stabilisation eliminating odorous and/or oily substances through a second product filtration process - sterilising the product in order to obtain a stable aqueous extract through a third filtration process.La présente invention concerne un procédé dextraction de principes actifs dAscophyllum nodosum, une algue brune, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant, successivement, à obtenir un produit homogène par micronisation dune certaine quantité dAscophyllum nodosum fraîche ou séchée à détacher les principes actifs des fibres en traitant ledit produit homogène dans un bain à ultrasons et à un pH régulé à moins de 6 en vue de la stabilisation microbiologique dudit produit homogène à éliminer les fibres par un premier processus de filtration du produit, à éliminer les protéines du produit en vue de sa stabilisation physique et à éliminer les substances odorantes et/ou huileuses par un deuxième processus de filtration du produit et à stériliser le produit afin dobtenir un extrait aqueux stable par un troisième processus de filtration.
