A continuous glucose collecting apparatus and a main machine. The collecting apparatus comprises a portable main machine (10) and a probe assembly (20). The probe assembly (20) is provided with two glucose enzyme microelectrode probes (21) and a first circuit board (22) and the first circuit board (22) is provided with a first electrode terminal. The main machine (20) comprises a housing and a second circuit board (13) located in the housing and the second circuit board (13) is provided with a second electrode terminal. The housing is provided with a probe mounting position and a fixing structure used for fixing the housing to a human body. The probe assembly (20) is mounted at the probe mounting position in a manner in which the glucose enzyme microelectrode probes (21) protrude from the lower surface of the housing and when the probe assembly (20) is mounted at the probe mounting position the first electrode terminal on the first circuit board (22) is electrically connected to the second electrode terminal on the second circuit board (13). According to the continuous glucose collecting apparatus and the main machine the probe assembly (20) is fixed to the human body by means of the portable main machine (10) and a glucose signal is acquired by means of the glucose enzyme microelectrode probes (21) of the probe assembly (20) so as to implement the collection processing and output of the glucose signal.
