Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vollblutkultur enthaltend spezifische gegen Tumorzellen, Viren, Bakterien und/oder Allergene aktivierte Killerzellen, wobei die Vollblutkultur Vollblut und ein Kulturmedium in einem Verhältnis von 3:1 bis 4:1 aufweist, wobei das Kulturmedium einen Sauerstoffüberschuss von mindestens 100 % oder mehr aufweist und ein wasserlösliches Emulgat umfassend ein Gemisch aus Phospholipiden, Vitamin E und niedermolekularen Proteoglykanen mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1200 bis 12000 Dalton enthält und wobei tote Tumorzellen oder Fragmente derselben und/oder virale und/oder bakterielle Antigene und/oder Allergene der Vollblutkultur als Antigen beim spezifischen Erkennungsprozess zur Erzeugung der aktivierten Killerzellen (Stimulation) zugesetzt worden sind.
