PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid level adjusting device for drip chambers and medical apparatus both having excellent safety and maneuverability which allow a user to adjust the liquid level of a plurality of drip chambers with a simple procedure.SOLUTION: The liquid level adjusting device for drip chambers includes the drip chambers each having an inflow part into which a predetermined amount of liquid flows, a receiving part which receives predetermined amounts of liquid and gas and an outflow part from which the liquid or the gas flows out, a liquid supply part for supplying liquid to the inflow parts of the drip chambers, a drip chamber fixing part for fixing the plurality of drip chambers in such a way that the axes of the drip chambers are parallel to each other, and a turning part for turning the drip chamber fixing part.
