Disclosed are an ultrasonic transducer having a matching layer having a composite structure, and a method for manufacturing same. The ultrasonic transducer, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an active element which comprises at least one piezoelectric element； and a matching layer which is formed on the front surface of the active element, has a structure of at least two layers, and matches the acoustic impedance between the active element and an object being inspected, wherein, in order to match the acoustic impedance between the active element and the object being inspected, the matching layer has 2N number of layers each having acoustic impedance sizes that are different from each other by using N number (N is an integer and N≥2) of materials.L'invention concerne un transducteur ultrasonore comportant une couche d'adaptation à structure composite, et un procédé de fabrication de celui-ci. Le transducteur ultrasonore selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend : un élément actif qui comprend au moins un élément piézo-électrique； et une couche d'adaptation, formée sur la surface avant de l'élément actif et qui comporte une structure constituée d'au moins deux couches et s'adapte à l'impédance acoustique entre l'élément actif et un objet inspecté. Pour s'adapter à l'impédance acoustique entre l'élément actif et l'objet inspecté, la couche d'adaptation comporte un nombre 2N de couches, chaque couche comportant des valeurs d'impédance acoustique qui sont différentes l'une de l'autre en utilisant un nombre N (N étant un nombre entier et N ≥ 2) de matériaux.복합 구조의 정합층을 가진 초음파 트랜스듀서 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 초음파 트랜스듀서는, 적어도 하나의 압전소자를 포함하는 능동소자와, 능동소자의 전면에 형성되어 능동소자와 피검사체 간의 음향 임피던스를 정합하는 적어도 2층 구조의 정합층을 포함하며, 정합층은 능동소자와 피검사체 간의 음향 임피던스를 정합하기 위하여 N개의 물질(N≥2인 정수)을 이용해서 각각 서로 다른 음향 임피던스 크기를 가지는 2N개의 층을 구성한다.
