PURPOSE: A corn composition having excellent palatability, and a producing method thereof are provided to easily produce corn mixed food by mixing the corn composition in various conditions. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a corn composition having excellent palatability comprises the following steps: mixing 80-90 parts of polished corn by weight and 10-20 parts of red bean by weight； heating the mixture at 121 deg C for 5 minutes； and adding ingredients selected from sugar, salt, or chestnut.본 발명은 옥수수 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 좀 더 자세하게는 총 100 중량부에 대하여 옥수수 80~90 중량부 및 팥 10~20 중량부를 포함하는 옥수수 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 옥수수 조성물은 색깔, 점성 및 기호도 등이 뛰어난 옥수수 범벅을 제공할 수 있다.
