To provide a hair transplanter having multiple needle channels arranged in a radial pattern.SOLUTION: A hair transplanter includes: a needle channel bundle including a center shaft and a plurality of needle channels coupled to an outer circumference of the center shaft to be slidable up and down； a channel rotation unit configured to rotate the needle channel bundle by a predetermined angle corresponding to one needle channel； and a push bar disposed on an upper portion of the needle channel bundle, and configured to push down one needle channel of a predetermined position that is set in advance. Each of the needle channels includes a body having a tubular inner space, a needle coupled to a lower end of the body, and a core shaft slidably disposed in the tubular inner space and the needle.
