The present invention relates to a nanoliposome carrier composition containing a hybrid of Cas9 protein and guide RNA. More specifically, the present invention relates to a nanoliposome carrier composition in which a hybrid of Cas9 protein and a guide RNA specific to target DNA is encapsulated.
