PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a PTP cassette 10 hard to receive the quality or rigidity of a PTP package material 8 and further the effect of the edge part state thereof, having a wide adaptation range and capable of being discharged at high speed.SOLUTION: In the PTP cassette 10 including an arranging and housing part 11 for horizontally housing respective PTP package materials 8 in a vertically stacked state and successive discharge mechanisms 15-19 for bringing an acting part 16 into contact with the lowermost PTP package material 8 on the inner bottom of the arranging and housing part 11 to advance the lowermost PTP package material 8, and constituted so as to laterally send the PTP package materials 8 successively from below to discharge them forward from a discharge port 14, a discharge roller pair 19 for holding the PTP package material 8 issued from the discharge port 14 from above and below so as to avoid a projection part 8c to send the same forward is provided in front of the discharge port 14. In initial laterally sending operation, the acting part 16 comes into contact with the projection part 8c and advances to accelerate the PTP package material 8 and, after the initial laterally sending operation, the PTP package material 8 is sent at a constant speed by the discharge roller pair 19 and the return of the acting part 16 to the inner bottom is performed under a projection part-forming surface 8b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】PTP包装剤8の材質や剛性さらには端部状態の影響を受け難くて適用範囲が広く高速排出も可能なPTPカセット10を実現する。【解決手段】PTP包装剤8を各々は横にして縦に積み重ね収納する整列収納部11と、最下のPTP包装剤8に整列収納部11の内底で作用部16を接触させて前進させる順次排出機構15~19とを備えていて、PTP包装剤8を下から順に横送りして排出口14から前方へ排出するPTPカセット10において、排出口14から出てきたPTP包装剤8を突起部8cは避けて上下から挟んで前送りする排出ローラ対19が排出口14より前の所に設けられており、横送り初動時には作用部16が突起部8cに当接して前進することでPTP包装剤8が加速され、横送り初動後は排出ローラ対19にてPTP包装剤8が定速送りされ、作用部16の内底への復帰が突起部形成面8bの下で行われる。【選択図】 図1
