The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating cancer or metastasis in a subject. In some embodiments, the method comprises administering to the subject a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of at least one immunostimulatory agent. In some embodiments, at least two combinations of immunostimulatory factors are used for therapy.
