The present invention relates to an unmanned pest controller having a new structure capable of preventing an injection unit coupled to a guide rail from being held by foreign matters attached to the guide rail and immovable in forward and backward directions. According to the present invention, the unmanned pest controller is configured such that a control means (60) is connected to a rotation sensing means (25) and a first solenoid valve (73) to drive a pump (33) of a liquid chemical supply means (30) and a driving motor (53) of a driving means (50), so that when liquid chemical is configured to be supplied to an injection nozzle (24) through a water supply pipe (31) while the injection unit (20) moves in forward and backward direction, the control means (60) receives a signal of the rotation sensing means (25) to sense whether the injection unit (20) moves in forward and backward directions. When it is sensed that injection unit (20) is not moved in forward and backward directions while being held by foreign matters attached to an upper surface of the guide rail (10), the control means (60) opens the first solenoid valve (73), and accordingly, the liquid chemical supplied through the water supply pipe (31) is injected to the guide rail (10) through an auxiliary injection nozzle (71), and thus, the foreign matters attached to the upper surface of the guide rail (10) can be washed.
