PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of efficiently proliferating a corneal endothelial cell, and means for stably supplying corneal endothelium preparation.SOLUTION: There are provided an adhesion promoter for a corneal endothelial cell which contains an Rho kinase inhibitor, culture solution of a corneal endothelial cell which contains an Rho kinase inhibitor, cornea preservation solution which contains an Rho kinase inhibitor, a manufacturing method of a corneal endothelium preparation which includes a process of culturing a corneal endothelial cell by using the culture solution, and a corneal endothelium protective agent which contains an Rho kinase inhibitor.
