The invention relates to medical technology, and more particularly to devices for generating aerosols in the non-invasive delivery of drugs, and especially in inhalation procedures. A biologically active nanoaerosol generator comprises a conductive housing with dielectric flanges on the housing ends and through apertures for the discharge of a nanoaerosol, which are provided in a lateral surface of the housing a dielectric insert, press-fitted into the housing and provided with a means for accessing an inside lateral surface of the housing and a spraying chamber in the form of a cavity in the dielectric insert, which is in the shape of an ellipsoid with its major axis oriented along the axis of the housing. The flanges and the insert have apertures, situated opposite one another on the same axis, for inserting into the spraying chamber a device for electrospraying a drug solution and a neutralizing solution, and at least one aperture for supplying air to the spraying chamber. The accessing means widens towards the inside lateral surface of the housing, and the apertures for the discharge of a nanoaerosol are equally spaced around the perimeter of the cross-section of the housing in the region of the means for accessing an inside lateral surface of the housing. The use of the invention permits more efficient and stable generation of a biologically active nanoaerosol, and more particularly enables the sustained (for a minimum of 5 hours) generation of a nanoaerosol of drugs with not less than 10% of a drug in a spray solution being converted into aerosol form.Linvention concerne les équipements médicaux et notamment des dispositifs pour générer des aérosols lors de ladministration non invasive de médicaments et notamment pendant les procédures dinhalations.
