The device has an articulated feeder head (11) arranged on a horizontal cylindrical tank (1) containing small seeds. A vertical tube (3) and a cylindrical tube (7) respectively have metal nozzle disks (5, 8) with bean shaped holes (6, 9). The cylindrical tube has a blocking system (13) to block rotation of the cylindrical tube relative to the vertical tube for adjusting the holes. A feed hopper (10) is arranged at an end of the cylindrical tube. The head has an articulation axle (12) that strikes the tank at a side of a closed end of the tank for distributing the seeds by shock effect.
