The present invention relates to biological signal sensitive outdoor smart clothing utilizing a permanent conductive material. More specifically, the outdoor smart clothing is manufactured with a fabric weaved with a conductive thread having conductivity and heating properties. The outdoor smart clothing comprises: a biological signal sensing unit for measuring breathing, heartbeat, and temperature of a wearer； a heating unit for preventing body temperature decline； a battery for supplying power, which is formed on one side of the clothing and integrated with the clothing； a transmission unit for transmitting data measured in the biological signal sensing unit； and a smartphone connected application for receiving data from the transmission unit.본 발명은 영구도전소재를 활용한 생체신호 감응형 아웃도어 스마트 의류에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전도성과 발열성을 갖는 도전사로 직조된 직물로 제조된 것이며, 착용자의 호흡, 심박, 온도를 측정하는 생체 신호 센싱부와 체온 저하를 방지하는 발열부가 구비되고, 일측에 전원을 공급하는 배터리가 의류 일체형으로 형성되며, 상기 생체 신호 센싱부에서 측정된 데이터를 전송하는 송신부와 상기 송신부에서 데이터를 전송받는 스마트폰 연동 앱으로 포함된다.
