摘要：: The purpose of the present invention is to provide molecularly altered adiponectin that can be produced as a uniform product, and has the same or greater activity compared to natural adiponectin. This molecularly altered adiponectin is prepared by obtaining a fusion protein that includes: a trimerized domain such as the coiled-coil domain of a matrilin family protein； and the globular region of adiponectin.本發明之目的在於提供一種可製造出均一之製品，且具有與天然之脂聯素同等以上之活性之分子修飾體脂聯素。本發明藉由形成如下融合蛋白質而製作分子修飾體脂聯素，該融合蛋白質包含母系蛋白家族蛋白質之捲曲螺旋區之類的三聚物化區、與脂聯素之球狀區域者。
