PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickles container that prevents excessive fermentation of lactic acid bacterium and/or proliferation of various germs in a pickling medium.SOLUTION: The pickles container 10 is for making vegetables pickled in a fermented medium of rice bran and brine and other pickles. The container 10 includes: an upper container 11 and the lower container 12 that are fitted to each other; and a connection member 13. In the upper container 11 and the lower container 12, there is provided a plug inserted in the hole communicating the outside with the inside. Also, a groove for communicating with the hole is provided on the inner face of the upper container 11 and the lower container 12.
