PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply register the position and angle of a holding device optimum for observing a certain subject as an automatic positioning target to utilize it.SOLUTION: A position registering part 120 receives the push down of a simple registering button 10b by an operator to record the position and angle of the holding device 5 in a position memory part 130 along with the number of one figure. Then, a temporary list forming part 140 updates a temporary list using the number stored in the position memory part 130 and the position and angle of the holding device 5. Thereafter, a holding device moving indication part 150 receives the push-down of a trigger button 10c by the operator to acquire the position and angle corresponding to the number indicated by the operator from the temporary list memory part 110.
