In order for an object to be mounted to be moved smoothly, a mounting device (10) is provided with a slope (22) that includes: a main plate (34) for mounting a wheelchair (26)； a vehicle-side plate (36) provided between a vehicle and an edge of the main plate (34) and comprising at least one plate； and a ground to be contacted-side plate (38) provided between a surface (20) of ground to be contacted and the other edge of the main plate (34) and comprising at least one plate. The main plate (34) can be raised and lowered between a low position and a high position when the ground to be contacted-side plate (38) is in contact with the ground. The mounting device (10) is also provided with: an electric winch (30) that can tow the wheelchair (26) along the slope (22)； a slope driving mechanism that drives the main plate (34)； and a control unit (100) that, on the basis of the drive state of one of the slope driving mechanism and the electric winch (30), controls the drive state of the other.
