The present invention relates to a processing system for brown seaweed stems which comprises the following: a pressurizing device including an extrusion means provided with a drive roller and a driven roller so as to pass and extrude brown seaweed stems and a press means provided with a press installed so as to pound the brown seaweed stems； and a cutting device having a cutting support for cutting the brown seaweed stems that has passed through the pressurizing device to a certain size, and a cutting blade capable of being elevated and lowered so as to cut the brown seaweed stems passing over the cutting support.본 발명은 미역 줄기를 가공하는 시스템에 관한 것으로, 미역 줄기가 통과하여 압출되도록 설치된 구동롤러와 종동롤러가 구비된 압출수단과, 미역 줄기를 두드리도록 설치된 프레스가 구비된 프레스수단을 포함한 가압장치；와 가압장치를 통과한 미역 줄기를 일정 크기로 절단하기 위해 절단지지대, 절단지지대 위를 지나가는 미역 줄기를 절단하기 위해 승강하도록 설치된 절단날을 구비한 절단장치；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
