The present invention relates to a device for capturing queen bees. According to the present invention, the device enables a user to directly capture the queen bees without damaging the queen bees and manual operation in an easy manner, and enables the user to mark the queen bees so as to make the queen bee easily identified among many bees. The device includes: a main body including a capturing space in which the queen bees can be captured an opening and closing member which is arranged on one side of the main body, is slid to open and close the upper part of the capturing space, exposes some of the queen bees received when the upper part is closed and a pressing member which vertically moves in the capturing part and transfers the captured queen bees to the upside.
