PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device, an ultrasonic probe, and an ultrasonic apparatus capable of changing a direction of ultrasonic wave transmission and capable of being downsized.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device 1 includes: an ultrasonic substrate 22 in which a plurality of ultrasonic elements are disposed in two dimensional array along a first direction and a second direction which cross each other and a drive circuit 24.
