PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous gel state skin preparation for external use, improving anti-inflammatory activity by increasing the supplying amount of a water-soluble anti-inflammatory agent to pores and sulcus cutis, not sticky, smooth and lasting smooth feeling.SOLUTION: This aqueous gel state skin preparation for external use contains the following (A) to (E) components.
