The present invention relates to an electric wheelchair fixing apparatus for a vehicle, which locks a wheel of an electric wheelchair loaded on a vehicle, such as a bus, subway, and the like, with a constant pressure to secure stability while continuously maintaining a fixed state of the electric wheelchair during moving, and efficiently and automatically controls operation for a wheelchair with a suitable pressure. According to the present invention, the electric wheelchair fixing apparatus for a vehicle comprises: a main body case attached to the bottom surface of the vehicle to be fixed and installed thereon, and including a wheel intake path formed on one side to receive the wheelchair wheel therein； a wheel switch unit placed to allow the wheelchair wheel to be in contact with the wheel intake path of the main body case and detecting complete entrance of the wheelchair wheel received in the wheel intake path； pressing head units placed in a left-right symmetrical structure to face with each other with respect to the wheel intake path, and pressing and fixing both side surfaces of the wheelchair wheel entering in the wheel intake path； and a locking operation unit installed on the main body case to form a structure connected to the pressing head unit, transferring, receiving a detection signal of the wheel software unit to be operated, and operated to straightly move the pressing head unit forward and backward corresponding to the wheel intake path.
