The present invention relates to a patch type electrochemical biosensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The patch type electrochemical biosensor comprises a substrate, an electrode part, and a micro-needle array. The electrode part is patterned on the substrate. The micro-needle array includes a plurality of micro-needles. Each micro-needle comprises: a support； a biocompatible membrane formed in a circumference except an upper portion of the support； a catalyst electrode formed in an upper end of the support； and a biodegradable tip surrounding the catalyst electrode.
