The suspended line manufacturing method of the present invention includes: a device body； a moving guide frame installed on a side of the body, and guiding a plurality of attaching units forming a space, in which adhesive marine animals and plants such as oyster, sea squirt, mussel, sea mustard, kelp, and the like are attached and raised, and a connection line connecting the attaching units； an index unit including four rotary arms, and placed in the moving guide frame to be able to be rotated at 90 degrees； an index operating part connected with the index unit, and operating the index unit； a stopper supply unit placed on a side of the index unit, and supplying a stopper combined with the connection line to one of the rotary arms to stop a downward movement of the attaching units； and a pushing unit combined with the upper part of the moving guide frame, and pushing the connection line to make the connection line inserted into a line groove of the stopper.
