The present invention relates to an endoscopic surgical trocar, which comprises: a housing supplied with a cleaning agent from the outside； a bushing portion which extends to one side of the housing to a predetermined length, and in which the endoscope is slidably inserted therein, and which has a moving path through which the cleaning agent flowing from the housing flows； and a vortex generating portion having one end connected to a front end of the bushing portion and having an inclined path formed in an obliquely inclined shape on the inner side to form a vortex in the cleaning agent introduced from the moving path and to discharge the same to the other end.
